Transforming string into beautiful things.

Crochet Ever After is a mama-owned small business with a goal to make you and your little ones smile every time you make a purchase. I love to create magic one stitch at a time, and I have been doing just that since my grandmother taught me to crochet at 12 years old. My crochet creations are intended to inspire imaginative play, merriment, and whimsy.

Everything in my shop is created by hand, from start to finish, ensuring a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind product. No two items are ever exactly alike, ensuring you have a truly unique handmade gift or family heirloom.

I am a one-woman show here at Crochet Ever After, so your patience and understanding are always greatly appreciated. Enjoy browsing through my virtual small shop and explore the FAQs listed below to learn more about my crochet stuffed animals, handmade bows, and other crochet gifts. If you still have a question, feel free to email me or contact me via social media.

 FAQs

  • I have monthly “drops” on my website where I launch a variety of crochet stuffed animals all at once on a specific day at a specific time. You’ll want to follow me on Instagram or Facebook to stay up to date with these drop dates. My crochet stuffed animals sell out quickly, so you are going to want to act fast!

You can also join my custom order waitlist to request a specific crochet animal or design.

  • Due to popular demand, I’m no longer able to accept custom orders on a regular basis. However, I do have a custom order waitlist! You can visit that tab here on my website and fill out the form to be added to the list. Periodically throughout the year, I will pull from this list as I have time. However, there is no guarantee when that may be.

  • My website supports PayPal, all major credit cards, and AfterPay. Please make sure you open my website in a browser and not through a link from a social media platform as AfterPay does not support in-app purchases (the AfterPay checkout link will not load if the site is clicked through from Facebook or another social media platform).

PayPal also offer a payment installment plan.

  • Due to copyright infringements, I no longer crochet licensed character stuffed animals. I do, however, have some crochet or knit hats and other small crochet accessories with character patches on them.

  • I have monthly ready-to-ship drops uploaded to my website every month. Sometimes I have additional mini drops (just a few items launched) as well in between months. You can stay up to date on the next drop by following me on Facebook or Instagram.

  • Monthly drops are ALWAYS ready to ship (RTS)! Please allow up to 3-5 business days for packaging and processing, but in most cases, the items ship within 2-3 business days. If you are next in line on the custom order waitlist, the turnaround time (TAT) starts at 2-3 weeks (not including holidays) once your payment is made. This TAT might be longer depending on the item, size, type of yarn, and difficulty of the pattern.

  • My crochet stuffed animals and items are never intended for independent play. Even if the item does not contain plastic eyes/nose, the fiberfill stuffing is a choking hazard if your child tries to pull it out in between stitches. Parental supervision is always required. Never let your child sleep or play with the crochet toys or items without close supervision.

  • Due to the unpredictability of shipping long distance and the high costs, I do not currently offer international shipping. Pending demand, this might change in the near future, so stay tuned!

  • Kitchen accessories are always machine washable! Most crochet blankets can be machine washed as well on a delicate cycle and air dried.

Crochet stuffed animals and other accessories should always be spot cleaned or very gently hand washed only. Use a mild detergent and cold water, and lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry a crochet stuffed animal.

Crochet items that contain a feltie patch (i.e., hats, cup cozies, bows, and toddler purses) should be spot cleaned as the feltie patch cannot get wet.

If your plushie needs a deeper clean, please contact me for some tips on what else you can do to get it washed more thoroughly!

  • In most cases, this is very normal and easily fixable! This is most likely just the yarn tail poking out in between stitches. For plushies, you can gently tuck the yarn tail back into your crochet stuffed animal using your finger or pencil/straw.

If you are unsure, you can contact me to get some advice on how to fix loose stitches or yarn.

  • Because every item is uniquely made and one-of-a-kind, I do not accept refunds or returns, unless there is a special circumstance. If you are unhappy with your order, please message me ASAP when you receive it so we can discuss next steps! I want to make sure you love your custom creation as much as I loved making it for you.
